SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
Encore products can be ordered from anywhere in the world. Orders are processed and shipped within 3 weeks of ordering from our distribution center in Poland. Shipping time depends on the final destination. Once your order has left the Encore Distribution Center you will be able follow the delivery schedule through your purchase ID on our website and with the tracking number sent to your email address. If you have trouble with tracking your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
FOR DELIVERY WITHIN THE EU:
Our preferred shipping company for inside the EU is UPS international. For shipping within the EU standard shipping UPS rates apply and are calculated at the time your order is placed.
FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
Outside the EU international shipping rates are calculated based on the address and country. In each case the most cost effective shipping is calculated at the time the order is placed based on current rate standards. Please note that in some countries additional custom clearance charges may apply to comply with local regulations.
If your package has been damaged during shipping please contact us immediately. Take pictures of any damages made to the box and it's contents. Include detail shots to the show the damage and write a short description. Include your tracking number so we can process your claim as soon as possible. It is essential that you keep the all packing materials (box and contents) as proof of any damage during the shipping.
